Kathy A. Bayliss, CPM, CCIM

Kathy Bayliss comes to AAA Storage with over 25 years of property management and leasing experience. She worked most recently for Wellington Management, Inc. in St Paul, MN for 22 years handling a portfolio of over 400,000 square feet in 18 different buildings that are valued at over 40 million dollars. She has worked on all types of properties, retail, office, industrial and office/warehouse flex space, handling all of the property management, new and renewal leasing as well as dispositions of real estate.
Kathy grew up in East Texas and moved to Minnesota for higher education and holds a Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State at Mankato. Kathy acquired her CPM (Certified Property Management) designation in 2006 and her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2009. She is currently living in San Antonio, TX.
