Russ, a Cleveland County native, spent his youth in Bladen and Columbus Counties, where hunting and fishing sparked his lifelong passion for land. He holds dual degrees in Marketing and Health Care Management from Appalachian State University and has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. Since 2018, he’s practiced real estate full-time and founded Point 135 Real Estate in 2021.
Specializing in land, farms, homes with acreage, and commercial properties, Russ works with a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to individual investors. He lives in Kings Mountain with his wife, Jenna, and their children, Parks and Josie Boone. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, golf, and giving back through local organizations including the YMCA, Life Enrichment Center, and First Presbyterian Church.
