Russ was born and raised in Cleveland County NC. Growing up, Russ spent a significant amount of time in Bladen and Columbus Counties of North Carolina, where his passion for land started. This experience provided a childhood that included fishing and hunting. Russ attended college at Appalachian State University earning Bachelor Degrees in Business Marketing and Health Care Management.
Professionally Russ spent the first 10 years of his career working in sales and marketing for two different companies; The United Parcel Service (UPS) and The Life Enrichment Center of Cleveland County. Russ has been full time in the real estate since 2018 and is passionate about what he does.
Russ is blessed with a loving wife, Jenna and two beautiful children; Parks and Josie Boone.
When he’s not spending time with family, Russ enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He is civically involved with the Kings Mountain Family YMCA, The Life Enrichment Center of Cleveland County, and First Presbyterian Church of Kings Mountain.

Chip is married to Laura “Poppie” Herndon and they have two grown children, Hannah and Logan.
Chip is a lifelong resident of Kings Mountain and graduate of Kings Mountain High School.
After graduating Clemson University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, he joined Gaston County Dyeing Machine Company in Mount Holly as a Project engineer eventually moving into sales.
For 20 plus years he served as Vice President and General Manager responsible for Sales and Engineering. Since inception of Point 135 Real Estate, Chip has been in real estate brokerage full time.
Chip brings with him sales experience for small and large capital projects but most importantly the ability to build long lasting client relationships.
He looks forward to serving the Kings Mountain and surrounding community.

Hannah grew up in Kings Mountain and attended college at UNC-Chapel Hill. After college, she moved to Los Angeles and has worked for the past ten years as a Story Analyst for film/television companies such as Netflix, Miramax, and Westbrook.
Since returning to North Carolina, still editing and analyzing screenplays on a remote basis, she has learned to apply those skills to real estate contracts. Though her primary role is on the business administration side, Hannah is a fully licensed broker who oversees the day to day of the firm and provides additional oversight on every transaction.
