Joey is a lifelong resident of Kings Mountain in Cleveland County, NC, where his passion for the outdoors began while spending time on his grandparents family farms in both Kings Mountain and Upper Cleveland County. Such an appreciation for property and land naturally led to a career centered on property and development.
For over 20 years, Joey built a successful career as a self-employed Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in both North and South Carolina, giving him an in-depth understanding of land use, development potential, and property value. Today, he brings that expertise to his role as a commercial real estate broker with Point 135 Real Estate.
Joey and his wife, Alyson-also a lifelong Cleveland County resident-are proud parents to seven wonderful children. Their family is actively involved at First ARP Church, where they serve in various ministries with a special focus on foster care and adoption.
