Chip is married to Laura “Poppie” Herndon and they have two grown children, Hannah and Logan.
Chip is a lifelong resident of Kings Mountain and graduate of Kings Mountain High School.
After graduating Clemson University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, he joined Gaston County Dyeing Machine Company in Mount Holly as a Project engineer eventually moving into sales.
For 20 plus years he served as Vice President and General Manager responsible for Sales and Engineering. Since inception of Point 135 Real Estate, Chip has been in real estate brokerage full time.
Chip brings with him sales experience for small and large capital projects but most importantly the ability to build long lasting client relationships.
He looks forward to serving the Kings Mountain and surrounding community.
